Project Scope
This project involved the redevelopment of a former garage site in Woolton, delivered for our strategic partner Plus Dane Housing. A new four-storey building was constructed to provide 30 high-quality apartments for rent for residents aged over 55, arranged across three levels of living accommodation above an undercroft parking area.

PLB recently refurbished Kirkby Multi-Storey Car Park as Principal Contractor on a live town-centre site. Works included; concrete repairs, waterproofing, cladding, M&E upgrades, EV charging, drainage, line marking, coatings, signage and safety improvements. Works were delivered safely with careful traffic management and close stakeholder coordination.

At PLB, we are proud to support the next generation of skilled professionals through our strong commitment to apprenticeships. Our latest intake includes six electrical apprentices, each embarking on an exciting career path with guidance and hands-on experience across our projects.
In May, colleagues from across the business came together at Allerton Manor to celebrate something that truly defines PLB; long-term commitment, consistency, and care.
